Return Window

  • Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return

  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags (if applicable) attached

  • Original packaging should be intact where possible

 

Eligible Items

✅ Acceptable for Return:

  • Unworn apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts)

  • Unopened greeting cards in original packaging

  • Unused gift items

  • Items with manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items received

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Personal care items (if applicable)

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Greeting cards with written messages

 

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return:

  • Contact our customer service at live@idealsentiments.com

  • Include your order number and reason for return

  • Photos may be requested for quality issues

  1. Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Use tracked shipping method to ensure safe return

  • Ship to: Ideal Sentiments, Union, NJ (full address will be provided)

  1. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to original payment method

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after receiving return

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was defective

  • All items are inspected before shipping

  • Defective items qualify for free return shipping

  • Full refund or replacement for damaged items

 

Special Considerations

  • Seasonal items must be returned within 14 days
